3. How do you sell your fine watches for so cheap?

Simply said: it’s in the buying. We buy directly from manufacturers and distributors throughout the world, and we buy well. We are therefore able to pass these savings unto you, the customer.


4. Do your watches come with the manufacturer's warranty?

While all of our watches come with the original manufacturers documentation boxes and warranty cards, some watches may be substituted with our 2-Year Swiss Time Buyers warranty. The type of warranty will be indicated on the watch description page.


5. How long will it take to receive my watch or jewelry item?

Because all our watches are in stock (unless specified on the listing) we are able to ship as soon payment is received and funds confirmed.
We offer FREE Next Day Delivery on all domestic transactions.


6. What type of payments do you accept?

For domestic orders, we accept:

  • Visa/Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Bank Wire transfer
  • Certified Check/Money Order

For international orders, You may use:

  • Bank Wire transfer

 

7. Do I have to be available to sign for my shipment when it arrives?

For your safety, all our packages are shipped signature required. You will need to be home to sign for the package. Alternatively, you can call the company (UPS or FedEx) to arrange a drop-off time or pick-up with valid ID at their location.


8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most international destinations via insured international express delivery (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS), which (depending on your destination) takes approximately 2-5 business days. However sometimes these shipments may be delayed by receiver's custom agencies. These delays are beyond our control.


9. Will I have to pay customs duties for shipments outside the US?

Yes. We are not responsible for customs, duties, VAT or any other taxes your shipment is subject to. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, we urge our international customers to contact their local customs office for an estimate before ordering.


10. Can I order a watch that is not shown on your website?

Yes. Our inventory is replenished often and sometimes some watch pictures may not have made it onto the website with the latest shipment. Your best bet is to call us with your watch. Watches that are not on our site may be considered a custom order and a final sale.


11. What is your return policy?

We will gladly refund or exchange any unworn unaltered and undamaged item(s), no questions asked (certain restrictions apply). All returned item(s) must contain original packaging materials, gift boxes, warranty cards and documentation. All returns need a Return Merchandise Inspection (RMI) number from Swiss Time Buyers. Once an RMI is issued the return instructions will be given. All watches must be returned to us and received within 30 days of original shipment date to customer. The RMI numbers must be clearly written on the outside of the package. All merchandise must be free from damage, alterations and wear.

Orders and shipments to addresses outside the U.S. are not covered under this return policy.


Refunds

In case of a return of a Pre-owned watch, a refund will be issued to the customer for the full amount of the returned item excluding original shipping, insurance expenses and 10% Payment Processing Fee & Handling. Brand New Watches a restocking fee of 15% will be applied. The same also applies for an exchange with a balance due to the customer. For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Please make sure the item is insured for full cost. This will protect you in case your jewelry or watch is lost in transit. For purchases paid by a credit card the customer’s account will be credited within 7 business days of return receipt and verification of merchandise. For all other forms of payment a refund by corporate check will be issued within 7 business days.


12. Do I have to pay sales tax?
All items shipped to addresses within the State of Florida ONLY will incur the 7% sales tax. Items shipped outside the State of Florida will incur sales tax according to each state.

13. What does your Warranty Covers?

Swiss Time Buyers by Antique Trading provide its own warranty coverage of TWO YEAR from the date of purchase on all of its PRE-OWNED watches:
The Seller undertakes to repair, any goods supplied by the Seller, if a defect in material or workmanship arises under conditions of normal and proper use and maintenance (fair wear excepted), provided that all of the following are true:
- The good was operated and maintained in accordance with the Manufacturer’s operating instructions.
- The defect occurs within 24 months from the date of Take-Over of the goods by the Buyer.
- The goods have not been repaired or modified by anyone other than the Seller or at the Seller’s direction.


Extended three-year warranty:
The Seller may, from time to time, offer extended warranty terms. These terms are offered at the absolute discretion of the Seller and are subject to the fulfillment by the Buyer of certain criteria, which are published by the Seller.
